Rajgharana Spices: Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy
The Edict of Exchange and Redemption
The Return Edict
Given the perishable nature and high standards of purity we maintain, returns are accepted strictly under the following mandatory conditions:

Incorrect Item Dispatched: If the spices delivered do not match the order placed.

Expiry Concern: If the product’s expiry date is less than [3 months or 6 months] from the date of delivery.

Transit Damage: If the product was physically damaged and the damage was reported immediately or refused upon delivery.

A return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Status: Once the product seal has been broken or any quantity of the spice has been used, the item becomes non-returnable.
The Refund Edict (Redemption Protocol)

Refunds are exclusively processed for valid returns (meeting the above criteria) or for orders that are successfully cancelled.

The refund process will commence only after the returned goods have been received at our Royal Warehouse and successfully passed a quality inspection.

The credited amount shall be returned to your original payment source within [5-7] business days. Shipping charges incurred are typically non-refundable.
The Cancellation Edict

Order Cancellation: A Patron may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement or prior to the order being dispatched (whichever milestone occurs first).

Orders already dispatched from our warehouse cannot be cancelled.
Grievance Redressal (Mandatory Requirement)
As mandated by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, all Patron grievances shall be handled by our dedicated Grievance Officer.

A complaint shall be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt, and we pledge to resolve the grievance within a maximum period of 1 month from the date of receipt.
