We entrust our precious spices only to the most reliable and efficient courier partners, ensuring a delivery process marked by Rajgharana Security.
All spices are meticulously packed in tamper-proof, hygienic, and food-grade packaging to preserve their authentic flavour and aroma throughout the journey.

Processing Time: All accepted orders are typically processed for dispatch within 24 hours business hours.
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, Patrons can anticipate delivery within:
- Metro and Major Cities: [2-4] working days.
- All Other Regions: [5-7] working days.
We shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, public holidays, or service disruptions within the courier network.

Orders exceeding ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 1200] shall receive the honour of complimentary royal shipping.
Orders below this threshold will incur a standard Shipping Levy of ₹ 80.

Should the packaging appear visibly compromised or the “Raja Seal” broken upon arrival, you must refuse acceptance of the package and immediately notify our Customer Care.
If physical damage is discovered after acceptance, kindly email us with clear photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We shall dispatch a free replacement with utmost priority.
